The nationally and internationally renowned congress was held for the 15th time this year. From 6 to 9 October, the San Sebastián Kursaal was yet again the capital of world cooking and the place for the culinary sector to gather. The spotlight was on the new culinary phenomena in Spain and around the world, with London as the guest city.
EDP sponsored the inaugural gala dinner at the Miramón Technology Park, which featured a menu jointly prepared by Philippe Arrambide, Cedric Bechade, Jean Luc Figueras, Romain Fornell, Jean-Marie Gautier, Mikel Santamaría and the Gorrotxategui patisserie. The dinner was attended by leading chefs and restauranteurs from the Basque and international culinary scene. Rafael Careaga and Javier Flórez, representing EDP, spent the evening with Juan Mari Arzak, Pedro Subijana, Andoni Luis Aduliz, Martín Berasategui, the Arbelaitz brothers, and representatives of the London culinary scene, the guest city at the event.
