This disclaimer regulates the use of the services and contents that Fundación EDP, whose registered office is at Plaza de la Gesta, 2, Oviedo 33007, with Tax Number G33519141, hereinafter EDP, entered in the Asturias Trade Registry in Volume 2907, Book 0, Folio 192, Section 8, Page AS14614, Entry 32, makes available through the www.fundacionedp.es, URL, hereinafter “the web” or “the website”.

Terms and Conditions of Access and Use

EDP makes the www.fundacionedp.es website available to Internet users in order to provide information and showcase the activities, products and services provided by the EDP Group.

Access and/or use of the www.fundacionedp.es website attributes the status of User to the person doing so and implies unreserved, full and express acceptance of each and every one of the provisions included in the conditions, warnings and other legal disclaimers contained herein, as well as, where applicable, in the Specific Conditions that may complement, replace or amend them in any way in relation to the services and contents of the website. Protection of Personal Data

Visiting this website does not require the user to provide any information on themselves. However, in order to use some of the services or access certain contents, the users shall provide certain personal data beforehand. In that case, the user shall guarantee that the personal data provided are accurate and shall undertake to notify any changes to them.

Security measures

Pursuant to Heading VIII of Royal Degree 1720/2007, of 21 December, which approved the regulations enacting the LOPD, EDP hereby undertakes to comply with the security obligations for those data provided by users of the website, and shall endeavour to establish all the technical measures in its reach to avoid the loss, misuse, altering, non-authorised access and theft of the data that the user provides through the website. Notwithstanding the above, the User should be aware that online security measures are not impregnable.

Industrial and intellectual property

This website is the property of EDP. The user acknowledges and accepts that all the industrial and intellectual property rights regarding contents and/or any other elements inserted in the website (including but not limited to brands, logos, trade names, texts, images, graphics, signs, software, etc.) are the property of EDP, except when it is indicated that they belong to another owner. The logos or distinguishing signs of the other companies belonging to the EDP Group that may appear on this website are the property of each of them.

Jurisdiction and applicable legislation

These General Terms and Conditions of Use shall be governed by Spanish legislation.

EDP and the user hereby agree that they shall submit any disputes arising from the contents of the website and regarding the application and compliance of what is established herein to the jurisdiction of the Courts and Tribunals of the domicile of the User. Should the User be resident outside Spanish Territory, EDP and the User hereby agree to submit any dispute to the Courts and Tribunals of Oviedo and/or Bilbao and waive any other jurisdiction to which they may be entitled.
