This December, the Camerata Revillagigedo is putting on a series of concerts, sponsored by the EDP Foundation. Under the leadership of choirmaster José Fernández Avello, the accompaniment of pianist Rosario Alvarez Fernandez and the interpretation of Ana María Peinado, the choir will give four recitals.

The Church of San Martín de Sotrondio will host the first concert, on Wednesday, 23 December, at 8:00 pm. The Church of San Cristóbal El Real in Colunga will be the setting for the second concert on Sunday 27, from 12:30 pm. The third recital will be in Oviedo on Monday 28, at 8:00 pm, in the Church of Santa María La Real de la Corte. Finally, the Camerata Revillagigedo will close the concerts in Gijón, on Tuesday 29 at 8:00 pm in the Collegiate Church of San Juan Bautista - Palacio de Revillagigedo.

The Camerata Revillagigedo, created in 1993, is one of the best-known choirs the Principality of Asturias. The programme of concerts will include works by José Ignacio Prieto, Henry Mancini and Richard Rodgers, among others.
