Finance, innovation, energy efficiency and social responsibility. These are some of the areas in which the EDP Foundation will train the heads of the participating entities. To this end, it has launched the EDP Foundation Academy, an initiative aimed at facilitating social development and strengthening the organisational skills of the entities that the Foundation has supported through EDP Solidarity.

Training will be given primarily by EDP professionals and will be carried out in three phases, both face-to-face and online, via the www.fundacionedp.es/en/ website. Sessions will focus on subjects that reinforce and broaden the knowledge and skills of the entities taking part. As a result, they will be able to receive training on finance, human resources, communication and marketing, innovation, energy savings and efficiency, networking, legal aspects and social impact, among other subjects.

In addition, the EDP Foundation will select five entities that will be individually mentored between June and September to further enhance their development.
